We offer a 14-day Return/Exchange policy from the date on which you receive your order

 

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! 

We understand sometimes we change our minds about items we purchased. Please see our terms and conditions which are relevant to your return/exchange below.

  

 

Shoes  

Shoes must be unworn, (except for trying on purposes) with the under soles unmarked. We recommend trying our shoes on carpet to avoid any under sole damage. Shoes will not be accepted if they have been modified or customised in any way. We will only accept shoes that are returned in their original box, with dust bags and inner box paper.

  

Belts  

The Belt must be returned in the same condition as you received it in, inside its original box, with dust bags and inner box paper. The hang tag must remain attached. Belts without their hang tag will not be accepted.

 

Ties  

The Tie must be returned in the same condition as you received it in, inside its packaging and with the hang tag still attached. Ties without their hang tag will not be accepted.

  

Bow Ties  

The Bow Tie must be returned in the same condition as you received it in, inside its packaging and with the hang tag still attached. Bow Ties without their hang tag will not be accepted.

 

Pocket Squares  

The Pocket Square must be returned in the same condition as you received it in, inside its packaging and with the hang tag still attached. Pocket Squares without their hang tag will not be accepted.

  

Braces  

The Braces must be returned in the same condition as you received them in, inside their original box and insert. Braces without their hang tag will not be accepted.

 


  

Refund Policy  

 

All returns are free within Mainland UK and can be initiated at the bottom of this page. Returns from any country outside Mainland UK are at the customer's expense unless the item(s) has/have a manufacturer defect which we take full responsibility for. To initiate a refund from outside Mainland UK, please contact us so we can assist you through the process. When returning item(s) back to the UK, please state on the customs declaration that you are 'returning goods'. As soon as we have inspected your returned item(s) and providing the return meets the above requirements, we will credit you using the same payment method which was used to make the purchase. Once this is done you will receive a confirmation via email. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we approve your refund to when it appears in your account. Any requested refunds which don't meet our requirements will be sent back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any items which have exceeded the 14-day limit.

However, you will not pay for the exchanged item(s) we send out to you. To initiate an exchange from outside Mainland UK, please contact us so we can assist you through the process. When returning item(s) back to the UK, please state on the customs declaration that you are 'returning goods'. As soon as we have inspected your exchange item(s) and providing the exchange meets the above requirements, we will ship your requested item(s). Once this is done you will receive a confirmation via email. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day we receive your exchange to when you receive your requested item(s). Any requested exchanges which don't meet our requirements will be sent back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any items which have exceeded the 14-day limit.
