We are delighted to offer free UK standard shipping!

Furthermore, all orders to the EU benefit from having DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the price you see on our website for the goods you wish to purchase is the price you pay (plus the shipping charge). 

• Orders to Europe are a flat rate of £10 and £15 to the rest of the world. Handling time for each order is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the day your order falls. Standard shipping time to UK Mainland is between 2 and 5 business days, between 3 and 6 business days to Europe, and 5 to 7 business days to the rest of the world

• Express shipping can be applied to any order at a cost of £8 to UK Mainland and £25 to the rest of the world. Handling time for each order is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the day your order falls. Express shipping time to Mainland UK is between 1 and 3 business days and 2 to 4 business days to the rest of the world. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer express shipping to Europe

• All orders are shipped out of our UK warehouse. 

• We use different couriers depending on the country the order is going to

• Should the country you are ordering from impose any customs duties and taxes, this is something we can not be held responsible for

• Shipping exclusion days are bank/public holidays and weekends

• Unfortunately, we can not ship to PO Box addresses

• Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your tracking number

• In the unlikely event, your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us so we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you
